Looking for a change...

Hi there :)

I've been going at this weight loss thing since June and I've lost 37 lbs so far. However, I feel like I need to switch it up. I've done the cardio, I've done the weight training and strength training, but I still feel like I'm not working my body to it's potential.

I keep pushing myself, but after a few days, I feel like nothing is working and I need help!!! Ideally I'd like to meet more people and have a greater support group. I'd also appreciate any suggestions with workouts, programs, ideas that anyone has that really works out their muscles. I frequently use the Nike Training Club app, for stretching, cardio and strength training. I don't feel the pain anymore and I'm starting to worry that I'm not doing anything for my body.

Any other ideas?!?!

    Have you tried HIIT (high intensity interval training) or tabata? Look these up on fitnessblender or YouTube. I'm a half marathon runner and I was a sweaty shaky mess after 20 minutes of these workouts!
