If it wasn't for mfp I would still be fat, dumb and stupid. Now, almost 4 weeks with mfp, I'm not as fat, I have knowledge and I now have the tools and Friends to turn my life around. MFP has made losing weight simple. Thank you mfp and my friends. What has mfp done for you?
