I slice up hard boiled egg whites and put them in tuna salad.

    1 hard boiled egg white
    1 small can tuna
    1 tbsp lite mayo
    1 tbsp dijon mustard
    1 tbsp sweet relish

eat with crackers or on whole wheat toast. YUM!

I like to make tuna salad and add some hot sauce, and stuff it inside a veggie....like a tomato, or a bell pepper...its yummy and its lower in carbs than bread. If you garnish it with some fresh cilantro (only 0.69 at your local grocery store) it will add a great fresh flavor to anything you make. I have a recipe my mom gave me that I LOVE...its a snack though not eggs or tuna....but here it is anyway.
1 can black beans-rinsed and drained (great fiber)
    1 cup frozen corn
    1/4 cup diced red onion
    1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
    Splash of olive oil (optional)
    Mix all ingredients together
    salt and pepper to taste.....

    SOOOOOOO YUMMMMMYYYYY!!!!
