shooting for 135, or a very lean 1400

140 would be lovely (I have alot of muscle.).. and 18% body fat would be ideal.0

It all kind of depends on your body frame. I'm actually 5'3", but whatevs. My highest was 138. I didn't like that at all. I'm currently 120 and would like to be between 110 and 115. Below that, I start looking sickly. Good luck!!0

I looked at pictures of people with different athletic builds, body forms and ages at 5'4". I decided I wanted to weight around 127 by noticing people with similar bust sizes and curves as me. Try http://www.mybodygallery.com/ if you want to try it that way. You can view people of different body shapes (pear, apple, hourglass, banana), heights, weights & jean sizes. It was useful for me. You don't have to know your body shape, but it helped me. I know a lot of people think they are hourglass, but for that to be true you have to be able to subtract your waist measurement from your hips OR bust and have both equal about 9 or 10in or more. For example: 40-31 = 9in. Even though the person is not stick thin, they would be an hourglass figure as well. Pear = large on bottom, small on top. Apple = large on top, smaller hips. Banana = more straight, like someone who is large with small or "no" curves OR someone thin who doesn't have a defined waist/small curves either. It really does depend a lot on body shape because when I was 140 I looked thin, but a bit out of shape (needed to strength train) and I felt fat, but I definitely wasn't. I was shocked at how thin I look to myself now when I first saw an old picture. If I were you I'd also be careful not to lose too much because we often see our "old" selves in the mirror, so maybe ask your best friend or someone you trust will be honest with you (like a trainer) for a second opinion.0

My goal weight is 112lbs0

I am 5' 4.5" my ultimate goal at the moment is 140-145. I would be excited with 175 haha I carry weight well, so I know I could easily be in a size 10 jeans at that weight. I would be ok with that for a while.
I'm the same. I carry weight pretty well and look smaller than I weigh, so my goal is to hit 175 lbs (I'm 194 lbs, last I checked) at this point because I would be happy in size 10 jeans. I can't really see myself going for more than that, but I will reassess once I hit that point.0 -
For me 135-145 and if i feel soft i might try to lose another 10-15 and then do some heavy lifting to gain back in muscle.0

My GW is 120. The lowest I have ever been is 125 and I look a bit too thin. I'm hoping if I add more strength training, Ill look more fit then just skinny. Fingers crossed! CW:1300

I'm aiming for 120 as I am a small frame but I don't want to get too skinny as I have been 115 and did not look good at this weight.0

So interesting to see the diverse goals - and so many that seem (to me) realisitic. Way to go, women!
I'm 5'3, and in my early 50s. I joined MFP when my weight hit 140, and I'm down to 131 (size 8 pants), and would love to return to my wedding weight of 125, and a size 6 pants. Just 6 lbs shouldn't be difficult, right? But with 1200 calories/day its slow, and I'm having serious joint problems with workouts using weights.0 -
For me 130s-140 is good, I am built differently than just a small frame. I use to be 120s and that was too small for me. I think this is something as you get there you know it and also talk with your doctor they see your body differently than you will.0

It completely depends on how you are built.
Some will be a very petite 5ft 4 with small boobs and hips and others will be petite, but curvy with boobs and hips.
I am 5ft 4 and am a typical hippy shape. My natural build is strong and I naturally carry a fair bit of muscle. When I was in the best shape of my life and super fit, I weighed 133lbs, but looking at me you would not have put me past 115. 135lb is my goal weight. Similiarly a friend of mine is 5ft 4, weighs 113lb, but you'd put her at about 140lb by looking at her.
It would be impossible for me to be 115lbs, unless I was starving myself. I went through a very stressful period at 18 and I was skin and bones and people were whispering about me being anorexic. I was 125lbs!
What I'm trying to say is there is no good weight for 5ft 4, it depends on your build. As long as you are within a healthy range, look healthy and are in good shape, it's more about the way you look than the number on the scale.0 -
small frame
GW: 110 +/- 5lbs depending on muscle mass
At my GW I'd be around a UK4/US0 but even when I am that weight I still have a generous amount of fat on my stomach, hips and legs. I don't look boney at ALL.
I think I would only start looking boney if I dropped below 100.0
