Whey and bcaa

Hi
I currently use whey to supplement my diet.
Train 3-4 times with heavy weights plus 1-2 hiit cardio sessions per week.
My question is, would a bcaa supplement benefit fat loss? Or am I getting enough from the whey?
I am in a caloric deficit and main goal is to cut fat and maintain muscle.
When is best to take both supplements?
Thanks

I actually like the BCAA's. Possible it's all in my head but I feel like I have better workouts and recovery when I supplement with them. Who really knows though.0

There are quite a few protein powders out there that have a good amount of BCAA's included in the whey already. I know the one I use has some BCAA's in it.
Honestly I have no idea what they do or what the benefit is, but I've been getting pretty good results just lifting heavy 3-4 times a week, eating healthy, and getting a decent amount of protein each day.0 -
Ok thanks all. Think I'll stick to just using the whey as it seems to have bcaas in it (didn't think to read the label!).0
