    Sorry my internet was a little sketchy last night, so I couldn't get it to stay connected enough to check and enter everyone's weights.

    we are -2.5 for the week, with a new person since last week's weigh in. Welcome CalieCat. :D Everyone keep on losing, we have 13 more weigh ins until the new year, and I know we can all get where we want! :)

    For this week, I am going to try and get my sugars under control (they are SO far out of control...lol) and keep my sodium at a normal level.

    How is everyone else feeling about this coming week? Any goals or anything?

    My goals for this week are to eat most of my calories! last week for the most part i only ate about 700 to 900 daily calories and i didn't lose anything.. So i'm going to try to eat at least 1200 cals/ day and see what happens =D
  • My goal for this week is to not eat past seven at ALL Friday through next Thursday's weigh in. I do so well sticking to my calorie limit if I follow this ONE RULE. It's if I start to eat past 7 that I have problems... So that's my goal this week. Best of luck to everyone, we've hit the three month mark. Let's do this!! =)

    AND SINCE TOMORROW WHICH IS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2010, IS THE 30 DAY SHRED LEVEL 1 I'LL JUST DO THAT TWICE AND I'LL BE CAUGHT UP FOR THE MONTH....IT'S AN HOUR BEFORE MIDNIGHT HERE IN CALIFORNIA I WANT TO REST...LOL

    OK so i just signed up to start a couch to 5 k challenge that's starting on october 11 on MFP....i've never done anything like this before so along with my jillian michaels 30 day slimdown program i'll be doing this too

    i was wondering how in the world i was going to do this after i signed up for it...was i needing to look at my cell phone the whole time i was doing this or what??? my cell phone has a stopwatch mode anyways so i looked on the internet for like a couch to 5k music thing...and sure enough i found it :-) below is the link to it

    after ur walking interval is up it makes like a chime sound...and very NOTICEABLE....and it does the same thing as when ur jogging interval is up...it does play music so its not like there's someone saying for u to start walking or jogging every so seconds....like i said that's what the chime sound does

    we are missing the responses of CalieCat and SashaSpells. :( But STILL just by ourselves, we lost 8.2 lbs this week!!!

    That is awesome I was thinking about doing c25k soon, good to know. As far as doing it with Jillian be strong, you can do both!! :D

    i'm now up to date on my jillian michaels 30 day slimdown program

    even though i have all 3 dvds to the program i use the ON DEMAND section on cable....they have all 3....at least level 1 of the 30 day shred...not sure of level 2...i dont want to think that far ahead...lol...instead of having to pop in dvds everytime i just turn on the tv and go to ON DEMAND and go to jillian michaels...i have not been using the weights for the simple fact i dont have the weights yet...not for another 2 weeks when i get paid again..i just got paid yesterday but i have bills to pay...lol...but here in a day or two im getting 2 - 20 oz water bottles and use those as hand weights

  • soooooo, when you add weights in tomorrow will you adjust my goal weight to 160? 155 was a bit overzealous I think (it's been a long long time since the scale has seen that) & I think 160 is a much more reasonable/attainable goal. Thanks much!! =)

    today was the scheduled off day of the 30 day slim down program and i missed the first 3 days as usual for this week...so i got monday and tuesday caught up...wednesday ill get caught up on another day because theres 2 scheduled workouts tomorrow PLUS i work in the afternoon AND need to go to grocery store

    Almost no one replied this week. and I waited as long as I could. However, with only 3 replies, we still lost 6.6 lbs!
    Not too shabby! Only 2 months and 1 week left till the new year!
  • Sorry I missed the weigh in this week I was moving & halloween etc. etc. I'll be back on Thursday with an update =)
