Hey - I'm the new girl in town^^

Hey Guys,
I'm new here and don't really know a lot about eating healthy and so on.:blushing:
So if you don't mind me having no clue and asking you tons of stupid questions, I'd like you to add me, cause doing it alone is sad and depressing and you don't really get motivated. :flowerforyou:

    This site will definitely help you achieve your goals as long as you are honest with yourself and your diary. Remember, it's not a diet, it a change of lifestyle. You don't have to starve yourself or deny yourself foods you enjoy - you just need to learn to eat smarter and exercise regularly. Seeing your daily eating and exercise habits in a diary form really does help you focus on where you need to make adjustments. Also, don't sweat the "bad" days - they happen. You just keep moving forward.
