pumpkin seeds?

hello mfp, I just bought some pumpkins and made some puree for the coming months but now i have all of these seeds. I have boiled them in salt water and they are drying out now, but I have no idea what to do with them! I have never eaten them but my hubby loves them. does anyone have any recipes they like for seeds? please and thank you :)

    Love pumpkin seeds! Besides just snacking on them I don't have any other ideas. Hopefully others will. :smile:

    well I always bake them @350 ish with a little bit of salt and they taste very good!
