Missed report

Had a emergency and forgot to update my daily food. diet same. so now that i am home back on track. posted today. do i need to fill in older food & excercise. or just continue.

    If you can remember it all, go for it!

    If you can't or don't want to go back and do all that, just continue forward. Your weekly goals may be skewed, but all that will matter is your weighins!

  • Thanks after filling it in saw i am at my goal. so now all i got to to is maintain it. lost 2lbs. eating fruits, nut, walking, riding a bike 10 miles a day. got home and wow, i am on track. thanks for your response. i think i will just check in each day.
