Wow, you really look great! I'm am similar in height but started out around 234. I'm happy with my loss but I sill have a ways to go to get into a size six, honestly I will be happy with an eight or ten. Good for you, you look amazing and thanks for sharing. It helps keep me motivated to know it is attainable.0

WOW! Well, you are the newest addition to my Inspiration List! Holy Crap! I set small goals because I never ever thought I could get below a size 12 and not gain all the weight back...you certainly blew that idea away! I am 5'3", highest weight was either 250 -260 lbs, started MFP this time 187.5 lbs. Down to 178.5 already, waitin for the ol' inevitable plateau! But now I catually believe I can get into a size 8 again, usually happens for me around 150 lbs. Thanks for posting! Now I will have a true example that I CAN go further than my expectations!0

VERY NICE.
Hope to join you, soon.
I was a 14-16.
Down to a 12.
Now a 10 in some clothes,
Thinking about ordering some size 8's in a full elastic waist.Shorts...I live in the desert...
Size 10 is lookin a little baggy...
Which I am very happy with at age 55.0 -
Congrats!! If feels great to shop in the "normal" size section, eh?0

Wow, your goal is similar to mine. I started at size 16 and am now in a 14-16 range, hoping to get to an 8 eventually - who know, maybe even a 6 seeing how well you have done. Very inspiring!0

I went shopping yesterday, and tried on a pair of jeans that made me feel like a rock star! For the first time in a loooong time, shopping made me feel good about myself.
My stats:
Height- 5'4"
Highest weight- 207
MFP starting weight- 202
Current weight- 139.8
The jeans in the picture on the left are a size 16. This picture was taken in Nov. 2011, and I was probably about 195 lbs or so. On the right, a pair of size 6 that I tried on yesterday, of the same brand (Lee jeans- nothing fancy).
very nice!!!!!0 -

Wow! That is amazing! Thank you for posting that because it encouraged me to not give up. I want to do the same thing. I miss going shopping for clothes without feeling so insecure and coming home in tears. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0
