Anti-diet "crack"
We all have one... or many... whats the snack or food that will make you just lose control? Me ..... harvest chedder sun chips.. Got a big bag the other day with intent to only have one or two hand fulls.. before I knew it.. half the bag was gone. Started working on the other half just now an decided to destract myself with MFP!

if you don't wanna do a second half the bag one of these days try this trick. put small portions of it into ziploc bags until its all gone. If u don't know how much just read the label where it says "servings per container" and divide that by 2. then get that many ziploc bags out and divide the chips evenly among them. then seal them all up and now you have a bunch of single servings that you can a) take with you and only eat when away from the whole bunch and b) keep track of how much ur having.
p.s. licking ur fingers afterwards has zero calories if you let someone else do it....0 -
