I was so bad this weekend! Went to the beach for a little weekend getaway & ended up drinking & eating bad things. Not the way I wanted to end my first week "back on track"!
However - I have decided to just accept that I did it & let it go. Today I am going to eat right & tonight I am going to the gym. No more sliding!!

The best we can do after making bad decisions it to let it go and don't let it consume us. Get back on track and keep your eyes forward! Try to avoid bad decisions, but don't expect you'll always be perfect.0

Yes - don't let it derail you. I've overdone it and ask myself if it was worth it. You just move on and try better next time. i also havenoticed that weekends are high calorie, and so I plan for it.0
