How many calories should I be eating?

I am 5 foot 6 , weigh around 100lbs an exercise every day. I'm 18. What sort of targets should I have?recovering from an eating disorder s am petrified of unhealthy food and feel so guilty when I go over on cals. Any advice for building muscle etc? / working out macros xx by all means look at my diary would love advice

  • www.bodybuilding.com has great forums on this. They recommend whey protein, glutamine, and creatine. There are different types of each of these supplements. Check out their site for more information.
