Hi. My name is Terri and I have been using my fitness pal.com for 75 days. it has become an addiction just putting in the food and exercise! I am down 29 pounds so far and want to lose 22 more pounds. I feel so much better and I think it has helped my back some. Everyone at work says I am looking good and that I am disappearing. I just thought I'd post on here to see if I could get friends on here that could keep me going even though I have a good support system with my best friend and roommate! I just would like to hear some of the struggles others have had and how they have overcome them. Anyway, i live outside of Nashville, TN so if there is anyone out there that wants to chat let me know.

Hi Terri,
I live in the UK, at Holyhead in North Wales. Been back here 3 weeks and lost 8 lbs so far. Looking to lose another 17 lb or so. I exercise every day, mostly walking/jogging. Add me by all means. Always a pleasure to meet other committed MFP regulars!
