Hello everyone.

I am a 22 year old male weighing in at 202 Lbs.

Several months ago I reached my goal of losing 100 pounds through exercise, eating healthy, and most importantly good old fashion calorie / macro counting. Now I am going from eating maintenance back to losing a bit more weight in order to show support for my girlfriend as she tries to do the same as I did.

I would love to take this as an opportunity to make new friends and help support people with their goals as well.
