Breakfast - simply the first meal of the day

I see so many posts from people worrying about Breakfast. If it helps/hinders your weight loss, whether and when you should eat it.
I just remember the definition of Breakfast "the first meal of the day" not "must be eaten as soon as you get up"
So try thinking of your Breakfast as just that, the first meal you have of the day, it doesn't matter what time you have it, what you eat, or how much you eat as long as it fits into your macros.

In my opinion, people that have desk jobs that dont feel hungry in the morning, should just skip it. If your hungry and have a very active job, its probably a good idea to eat breakfast. otherwise just skip it and eat a bigger meal when it matters.

You've missed the whole point, no one skips breakfast. Breakfast is the first meal you eat, whether it be as soon as you get up, a few house after you get up, or when you get to work.

  • I work late and can't go to bed until 3am everyday. So I don't get up until 10am. That's when I have "breakfast". I still have 3 meals and 2 snacks a day, I just work them in according to my schedule. Like, most people might stop eating a couple hours before bed at maybe 7 or 8. Since I'm up until 3am, I have my last snack at 10 or 11pm.
