DRY INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
6 Tablespoons Splenda Sugar Blend
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoons Double Acting Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg

WET INGREDIENTS:
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Original Almond Milk
1 Container (4 oz) 2nd Stage Baby Food Apples/Applesauce
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

SET ASIDE: 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries, Whole

WILL ALSO NEED: Non-Stick Spray

DIRECTIONS:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients and stir well with a whisk.
In a separate bowl, whisk wet ingredients until smooth.
Pour wet mix into dry mix, stir well with a wooden spoon.
Fold in blueberries.
Spray muffin pan, spoon batter into pan.
Bake for 18-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of muffin comes out clean.

Makes 12 muffins
