I love the idea of iifym (if it fits your macros). Has anyone tried it? Does it work and it is worth it? I might try and give it a go but with my cals being 1200 I don't really know how that will work, opinions?

I've been trying to figure it out for about 3 weeks now. So far so good. I don't always hit my macros, usually a few under. I've adjusted from 2000 cal for the first two weeks to 1800 this week. I haven't restricted myself on any food. Just doing what I did before. Making sure I get some greens and fruit with some healthy fats and carbs. If I have some macros that I want to use for a cookie or two I do.0

That thread is IIFYM explained without needing to call it that. Good luck.0 -
I wouldn't even bother at 1200 calories (which seems really low for someone as young as you). With such a low goal you pretty much have to get the most nutrients per calories in order not to be hungry or starve your body.0
