I give this dvd a passing grade! I have done it twice and really enjoy it. In addition to a warm-up and a cool-down, the circuit training routines are divided into four 12- minute sections (Kick-Butt Athletic Drills, Explosive Power Moves, Cardio Kickboxing, and High-Intensity Moves). Again, you can adjust the the level of intensity by using heavier or lighter weights or my using more explosive moves, especially during periods of recovery or when the instructor is demonstrating the lower impact moves. It wasn't boring and I found the tome flew by! it's worth the purchase.

    Have you tried the wave yet? I have, and can't seem to stay on it. I was thinking about given it another shot since It's just hanging out here.
