I saw this tip in a magazine and just wanted to share it.

Keep a bottle of clear nail polish near your snacks/ in your kitchen. Before you grab a bite, decide if you're hungry or just munching. If you're not hungry, grab the polish. It will stifle the boredom and keep your fingers from being able to pick at something you really don't want/need.

    Hi, I must laugh, I thought foresure you were going to say that whenever you are in the kitchen and want to grab a unhealthy food choice, open up the nail poloish and take a quick whiff, the smell of nail polish would sure do it for me... LOL
