For inspiration!

Even though the scale has hardly budged (maybe 2lbs.) you're still strengthening and sculpting your body. The bottom 2 pics are from July/August (can't remember for sure) and the top 2 are from today. So don't give up it's worth it! Still like to see 110 on the scale but if not, I'm quite happy where I'm at which is 117lbs. image_large.jpg

You look great! Congrats on your hard work showing. I find many are always shooting for the scale to drop when in reality if you are sculpting and weight training you will see the scale increase. Muscle has weight.
I was seeing change in my body but seeing the scale increase. Thank goodness for my trainer who pointed out this bloggers post Read it all.... so helpful! ( the information is invaluable, hoping no one is offended by some of the bloggers language) http://sophieologie.wordpress.com/2013/09/26/1200-calories/ It is geared towards women but I love the pictures down further in the post.

    Keep up the great work!

That's what keeps me going is seeing the physical results, if I went by scale I probably would have stopped some time ago. And thanks again!
