Hello! My name is Ashley and I have been using MFP on and off for quite a while. After a few months away from the program, I have decided to finally put my butt back in gear and lose this weight! I am currently taking multiple strength training classes at my local gym and running every other day. Unfortunately, I will be moving soon and will not be able to attend the same classes at my new location. Has anyone tried barre3? If so, what are your thoughts?

I haven't done Barre3, but I have taken barre classes (Physique 57). I really love them - muscles are sore that aren't usually sore. It's a great low-impact workout that I feel for a few days after.0

I have a friend who swears by the online videos. I have the link but haven't gotten around to trying it yet.0

Thank you, everyone, for your responses. I think I may try the online workouts. I am excited to hear that it is low impact due to the fact running has a very high impact on my knees.0
