And what do you do it the gym?
I do far too much cardio at the gym. I love to run but I have Plantar Faciitis (Sp?) at the moment so I swim and do the cross trainer. I do weights too, but not enough. I need to bump up my weight training programme. Been using the machines, but am learning the art of "free weights".0 -
My day has become a schedule all on its own :ohwell:
It NORMALLY goes something like this...
230am up, breakfast, feed dogs and let out, feed cat, make hubby's lunch and dress
330am - 2pm work
210 let dogs out, spend some "they missed me" time with the dogs
230pm workout
330pm snack
4 start prepping dinner, answer emails, return phone calls, etc
5 -630 cook & eat dinner
630pm - 7 or 730 pm hubby time, MFP time, shower then bed so I can start it all again
I currently don't work Fridays, so after my body clock wakes me up (by 3 or 4 am) I catch up with my MFPeeps and quietly get things done until everyone is awake then breakfast, a run, a snack, and the rest of the day is the same as a work day0 -
Yikes! You work at night? You are an inspiration to us all. Seriously, that can't be easy. Well done!0

Thank you I always *****ed and moaned that I didn't have time to work out. So I sat down and assessed my day, my evenings were being wasted. Hence why I now go to the gym at that time. It was hard at first but now I love it, the gym is normally really quiet so I can just get on with my workout and not have to wait for the machines or weights to be freed up. I am slightly addicted to it now....0
