It can be pretty hard to get into it. But I mix and match my workouts often.

Workout days are Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday:
6am - Wake up, a bit of lazing around, coffee, then jump into the workout for the day.
By 8am I am at the office, working from home so this cuts out a lot of extra wasted time :)

I do sometimes miss a morning workout for whatever reason, but I then get it in either during the day or the afternoon :)

5:30 wake up and straight into shower/get ready
6:00 coffee (double espresso) and finalize the day's food
    6:15 commute
    7:00 start work
    14:00 first meal (intermittent fasting)
    17:00 finish work/commute home
18:00 light meal/snack followed by evening routine/ bath- bed kids
20:00 Gym - always lifting + cardio. I do 2-3 very heavy strength focused days and isolation on the others
21:30 post workout meal (last meal as IF cut-off is 10pm)
22:00 - Chill till whenever I feel tired.

This is just way to much structure for me, i would go crazy.

To simplify, i work out daily, i eat daily, i sleep daily. Boom

Hectic! The commuting is a killer. It's nice working from home..... but..... I find I can get a little side-tracked with stuff to do around the house.

Now this I've tried... I just find I'm running around like a headless chicken, forgetting things, like.... oh I don't know..... going to gym or eating. I am also the world's worst procrastinator so without structure for me BOOM! and the day is gone.

6:30 - Get up, straight in the shower
7:40 - Start the commute into London
    8:30 - Start work
    11:30 - Breakfast (I can't eat it early)
    14:00 - Lunch, then a walk
    17:00 - Start commute home
18:15 - Arrive home, straight on the weights (Mon, Wed and Fri)
    19:00 - DInner

On Thursdays I go swimming at 21:00, and I also go on either Saturday or Sunday mornings at 7:00.

The rest of the time is normally spent either in bed or the pub.

A girl after my own heart. My favourite activities are sleeping and pubbing (okay I sail too, but that goes hand in hand with the pub after a day out on the water).

I'm not sure who this question is for, so I'll assume it's for me.

I eat "normal" food. Eggs, lean meat, salad, pasta, veggies, fruit and drink beer! :drinker:

I do far too much cardio at the gym. I love to run but I have Plantar Faciitis (Sp?) at the moment so I swim and do the cross trainer. I do weights too, but not enough. I need to bump up my weight training programme. Been using the machines, but am learning the art of "free weights".

I don't usually drink during the week at all; except last night :blushing: . The weekends are a killer for me because I socialize a lot and as I said, being a sailor..... well that speaks for itself.

    Breakfast: btw 830 and 930am
    Lunch: btw 12 and 1pm
    Dinner: btw 6 and 7pm
    *Workout: 630am walk/run or 730am elliptical or 5pm elliptical

My day has become a schedule all on its own :ohwell:
It NORMALLY goes something like this...

230am up, breakfast, feed dogs and let out, feed cat, make hubby's lunch and dress
    330am - 2pm work
210 let dogs out, spend some "they missed me" time with the dogs
    230pm workout
    330pm snack
4 start prepping dinner, answer emails, return phone calls, etc
    5 -630 cook & eat dinner
630pm - 7 or 730 pm hubby time, MFP time, shower then bed so I can start it all again

I currently don't work Fridays, so after my body clock wakes me up (by 3 or 4 am) I catch up with my MFPeeps and quietly get things done until everyone is awake then breakfast, a run, a snack, and the rest of the day is the same as a work day

Thank you :) I always *****ed and moaned that I didn't have time to work out. So I sat down and assessed my day, my evenings were being wasted. Hence why I now go to the gym at that time. It was hard at first but now I love it, the gym is normally really quiet so I can just get on with my workout and not have to wait for the machines or weights to be freed up. I am slightly addicted to it now....
