When I first started this journey I weighed 231lb and I looked like this: poooooo.jpg

Shortly after losing my first 21lb, I was a bridesmaid. In this photo I weighed 210 lb. It was a start.

A year later, having lost 59lb and down to a weight of 172lb. Comparing the photos makes me feel so proud.

My beautiful mum in the middle has always exercised and eaten healthy she is 52 years old! She inspires me to live a healthy life... look how good she looks because of it?

I finally have the body of a 22 year old.
I'm still 10-12lbs overweight, before I'll be in the normal BMI range.
but you know what? I used to be well into the obese range with a bmi of 36. Now it is 26. I've never been so proud to be overweight!
I'll lose the rest of the weight... but the important thing is... I'm happy now.

    Congratulations! You look great. And I know what you mean, I was thrilled when I went from being "Obese" to "Overweight". I'm still 20 lbs away from "Normal", but I'll keep trying until I get there! Great job and keep it up! You SHOULD be proud.

    Up until 2 months ago I still used to wear for swimming but my boobs were escaping and the pants kept falling down. The pants come up over my belly button and I don't think it would look the same again even if I altered it! it was a really nice bikini! that's the only drawback, I've slimmed out of some beautiful dresses too. Thank god for ebay!
