    Tofu.

I have a 10-month-old, and he and I split it. It's like gummy protein for us both. And sooo yummy.

Not necessarily part of a grocery list hehe, but try this recipe! It's delicious and full of vegetables and not high in calories! Also, very filling! It's one of my favorite dinners to make! ♥

    Unsweetened soy milk
    Avocados
    Turkey breast
    Apples
    Bananas
    Zucchini
    Sweet potatoes
    Bone-in chicken thighs

These are MUST haves. I share the chicken thighs and veggies with my dogs. I would split some chicken thighs for myself and save the rest plus the bones to make a nice slow-cooked chicken stew for the dogs! Yay for no waste! :)
