5'2-5'3-5'4 - What is your goal weight

I'm just about 5'4" and am a size 5 at 170 lbs. I was 105 at one point and loved how I felt but I started getting active and packed on muscle. I don't know if I can weigh 105 again without losing the muscle and I kind of like being strong. Maybe 125 lbs is my goal? I'd love to be back down to a 0-2.0

I'm 5'3". My goal weight is 130 - 135 lbs. But, I'm more concerned about a healthy body fat percentage, how I look in my clothes, and how I feel (energy level) than the number on the scale. I have a muscular build and am busty (which doesn't go away when I lose weight).0

I'm 5'3" and my current goal is 130 but I'm sure once I further I will adjust it down. I don't have a very small farm an I have wider hips so 130 may be good for me.0

UGW is 110-120, but I'd be happy with anything up to 140.0

I am 52 years old. I am aiming for 136-140lbs. Will see once I get there....been about 12 years since I was that weight.
Before I had children I got as low as 118 but couldn't maintain, went up to 128 pretty quick. Then after 2 children and exercise, 136 seemed to be a good fit until my divorce. I ate my way through the grief and over the years, avoiding the scales got me to 184lbs.
Currently in throes of menopause, so will be happy to get to 140lbs and reassess.

I'm 5'4" and some change. I started losing most recently around 165, my highest ever (non pregnant) weight being about 175. I got down to 117, but then over the past few month back up to 135. I don't hate my size, but my bf is too high for my taste. I did out on some muscle during all that gain, so there's that. My goal is to get to 110-115 and see where my bf is at, then do a long, slow bulk/recomp and go from there.0

53 years old, 5'3"... goal is to be 139... just into the "normal" BMI range! 38 pounds to go! I don't recall EVER weighing that as an adult at least.... once I get there I'll reevaluate and perhaps lower it a bit.... I'm in a size 8 pants now... I think I'm just "big boned"! LOL!0

I'm 5'3" -- currently at 136.2 lbs. My first goal weight is 120 lbs. The lowest I'd like to be is 110 lbs. So once I hit 120 depending on how I look will determine whether or noth I try to lose another 5 lbs or so.0

I'm 5'3 and my idea of a good weight is 130lbs. I don't like to sue "Goal Weight" because you never know how your body will look and how you will feel.
I want to start lifting and tone up. If I feel good and I'm happy with the way my clothes fit I won't be concerned so much with what the scale says.
If I'm toned and weigh 140, I won't be disappointed!0 -

I'm 5'3", currently around 128 started at 160, but even at 130 I'm a chubby bunny, apparently I have a small frame because I see lots of girls with the same height and weight but they look slim. Damn not having wide hips! Anyways I think I'd have to be 120lb or less to not have a tummy! My original goal was 130lb and I was sure 30lbs would get rid of it but nope!0

I'm just shy of 5'4". My goal is 135 for right now. I'd be happier at 125. The lowest I've been is 127. I can't seem to get down past 140 though!! I've been at this diet for almost a year now. So frustrating.0

Another 42 year old 5'2" shorty. In my 20's I was 110 lbs with little to no effort, and was around 120-125 lbs or so in my 30's. A few months ago I hit 137, and decided I needed to either lose weight or go up a size. I'm now around 130 lbs with a goal weight of 125.0
