how to kick up a workout?

So ive been working out for three week (missed a couple days) but im super proud of myself what are some ways to kick up my work outs to keep getting results?

    What are your goals? Shed bodyfat, build muscle size, build muscle strength, etc.? What's your program and how often are you working out?
  • HIIT! Check out interval training, though you may have to start kind of easy if you haven't worked out for long.
  • Ive been working out 4-5 times a week, doing cardio and lifting. And some basic machines . Learning how to properly do reps and sets etc...hopefully thats enough
    Currently losing inches but not pounds
