    At 47 (in 3 weeks) and 6'2" 190, lbs it says that:

    1) I have a 24 BMI

    2) My BMI is lower than 84% of males aged 45-59 in the United States

    3) And it's lower than 53% of those globally.

    4) My BMI compares to those in Mauritania compared to males in the 45-59 range.

    According to the BMI I'm obese. I don't feel obese.

    I also didn't feel soul crushingly self conscious up until about a minute ago, so I guess that site's got some power to it
