hi guys, i started using usn diet fuel around july on and off. i think it made abit of a difference but i didnt keep to it that well and sice ive been back from holiday its been abit rocky.
im now looking to get a new protein powder as its nearly empty
but im looking to really go for it this time.
has anyone got any advise? im not really a pro.
ideally i want to lose some body fat, and get nice and tonned..
has anyone used ultra lean diet whey by usn?
or any other recommendations? thanks!

I'm just coming back from a 2 month hiatus from my fitness goals, but anyway, I just started using http://www.allmaxnutrition.com/products-type/allwhey/ . The taste is alright but the amount of protein is more than adequate. I have used one scoop by itself and it seemed a bit sweet, but it's low fat and low cal. I just need the supplementation because high protein foods break my wallet and this product makes it all easier. NO miracles, just high protein for muscle building and maintenance.0
