I like the Eat Clean books by Tosca Reno. Very good information in there!

I saw "Wheat Belly" on one of the top recommended books at barnes and noble. I was also looking at the book "Eat to Live" because it was highly rated on there. Has anyone ever read this one?

Didn't like Wheat Belly (to me it was just an updated version of Atkins), but I enjoyed Eat to Live, as well as Dr. Fuhrman's other work. Right now I'm reading an interesting one-Crazy Sexy Diet by Kris Carr. Her documentary, Crazy Sexy Cancer is great and it's free online. I don't agree with everything in the book, but it's definitely worth reading (I'd watch the documentary first, so you know the back story for the book).
