Potato Chips, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, French Fries, Peanut Butter Crunch and Coca-Cola.
I'm currently avoiding all of these things, but when I feel like I've made progress in my eating habits, I'll slowly integrate them in if I have a craving.0 -

There are quite a few for me, but the deadly ones are dark chocolate and peanut butter :P0

Doritos, ice cream, BBQ fritos, buffalo cheddar popcorn, CHOCOLATE, pop corners cheddar jalapeno
CHEESE CAKE, warm brownies
I stopped eating everything on that list except chocolate, popcorners and buffalo cheddar popcorn because I learned to either control myself on small urges or to set aside calories for a big urge.0 -
Pretty much anything. If it's there, I will eat it.0

Dammit i'm hungry.0 -
Chips and Salsa or Pita Chips and Hummus... I will eat until it is all gone!!!0
-
Have you tried PB2? It's a power that you mix with water to make peanut butter. 45 calories for 2 tbsp. Not as good as high end crunchy brands, but it'll get you through in a pinch!!0

Crackers and hummus, or Mccormick's Dinosours. I used to go into the bulk food store and buy a huge bag of dinosours, thinking it would last me weeks and instead having it last less than an hour. I've learned now that I can't buy more than 4 or 5 pieces at a time, or I'd sit there and inhale them.0

I posted this on my MFP status last week!

I haven't had to ban anything, but if I want "junk" food (read: calorie dense and ridiculously tasty) I walk to the store to get it, and I buy only a single serving.
It's hard to binge on a whole cake if you only bought one piece, lol.0 -
mint girl guide cookies
homemade hummus
pizza
white bread and butter at fancy restaurants...with red wine...I could skip the meal and just eat that lol
I used to have a nutella problem...until I found out what's in it...now I make homemade nutella...and because it's not as sweet, I can control how much I eat.0 -
Chocolate raisins0
-
Pringles. The slogan is horribly true- "once you pop you can't stop!"
This.
Someone at work offered me a Pringle and I told her to get those away from me, because they are my crack cocaine.0 -
Cheetos :ohwell:0
-
Stupid Reese's Peanut Butter cups. They should be labeled as a controlled substance for me.0
-
Celery and Cucumbers (I WISH)0
-
I don't even understand this. Three bites of something like chocolate, apple pie, etc., is enough to satisfy any cravings.0
