-100 calorie English muffins, 25 calorie skim Kraft American cheese, and egg beaters (southwest style), which all make a delicious breakfast sandwich!
    -pumpkin flavored almonds by planters
    -low sodium v8
-Dannon Greek light &fit yogurt (preferably vanilla, banana cream blends, or orange cream blends)
    -almond milk
-honey bunches of oats honey roasted/fruit blends (excellent iron)
Those are basically some of my food staples.
Then I try to mix it up with my occassional favorites: sweet potatoes, mushrooms, tofu Shirataki noodles (40 calories for an entire pack make it ideal to have in case I go over one day but am still hungry by dinner), almond milk ice cream/coconut milk ice cream/arctic zero cookies & cream frozen dessert pint for days I crave ice cream, and then random frozen dinners like cordon blues or lean cuisine :)

This is honestly a rough guess though, I have a few staples to ensure protein/iron for the day then branch out and explore the many wonderful things the store has to offer :) Turns out I adore meringue cookies and starbuck's cinnamon dolce hot cocoa mix! And don't get me started on Maxwell House's pumpkin spice latte mix<333

Fat free whip cream. I put it in my coffee, and eat a spoonful or two when I need something sweet without a lot of calories.

    Eggs
    Milk
Canned beans- great to put in salads or even with some scrambled eggs
    Greek yogurt

I don't buy that many fruits or vegetables since I get them from a co-op.
As far as chicken and other meats go, I buy them in bulk and put them in the freezer, That way I always have some on hand.

I am looking for new ideas for healthy foods as I know we all are always doing. So I thought we could start a "grocery list" of sorts and share our ideas and favorites foods. Name three or more things YOU always put on your list and could not live without. :)

    Whole almonds
    Skim/fat free Milk
    Boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

These are always on my list or in my pantry or fridge/freezer -

    Plain Greek yogurt
Cereal (cold, hot, granola, high-fiber, high-sugar, don't care it just has to be there)
    Decaf tea and coffee
    Ingredients for soup
    Brown rice
    Ingredients for hummus
    Mushrooms
Eggs (farm fresh eggs whenever possible)
Popcorn (the kind you pop yourself in a pan with oil)
    Natural peanut butter
Target's fruit strips (used to be Archer Farms now Simply Balanced), in lieu of these dried fruit
    Canned tuna
    Dried beans
    Whole wheat pita
    Whole wheat pasta
    Butter
    Peanut butter Poptarts
    Babybel cheese
    Mozzarella cheese
    Jar of pizza sauce
    Honey

Other than this, veggies and fruit (fresh, frozen and even canned). Everything else is optional and changes frequently.

    ETA forgot honey!
