post workout food/meal

I tend to workout before lunch or tea. Then I generally have salad or soup or somthing light that.
I am trying to keep it low calorie, low fat and low carb.
What do you guys eat for repairing your body after a workout for meals.

Protein after strength. Carbs after aerobics.0

lean protein shake from GNC or fruit with water in the blender with whey powder. Perfect for after a hard workout.0
