Wii Fit Balance Board doesn't sync????

Ok. I seem to be having an issue with my balance board. this is the second time since I have had my Wii Fit that I can't get my balance board to sync. I have replaced the batteries, hit the sync buttons on the board and the console and no luck! I use my Wii Fit to weigh in and haven't been able to weigh in for over a week.

Does anyone else have this issue or know what I should do to fix it??

    Is the receiver in a position to "see" the board? If it's too far away or up high that might be it. Thats the only thing I can think of tho. I think there's a # for tech support..

    I had that happen once and could not fix it on my own. I did a google search and my question got answered in the forums. Maybe they will answer your question :)
