    This was interesting. My BMI was lower then most in my country, but higher then most globally. That is, until I put in 30 for my age instead of 29. I turn 30 next week. Magically, moving up to the next age bracket means my BMI will be lower then the majority both locally and globally by a significant percentage. I hope this means that I will become smaller on my birthday, rather then everyone else becoming bigger. :happy:

    I am about the same shape as a globe, but not big enough to generate my own gravitational pull.

    I am 86% lower than the other US women 30-44, and 63% lower than the rest of the world.

    If everyone in the world had the same BMI as you, it would remove 6,150,448 tonnes from the total weight of the world's population

    according to this calculator;

    I have a lower BMI for my age group than 78% of males in the UK

    but I have a higher BMI than 55% of global males of my age

    & if everyone my age came up to my BMI it would add 18.5 million tonnes to global bodyweight :)

    where are you?
