How to get this type of physique!

How much bodyfat is this? And I really want this type of body! How much should I lift? and once I get the body how much would I able to lift for example would I be able to benchpress 200? Currently Im cutting my bodyfat 10cubg3.jpg

    As a 20 year old male, benching 200 shouldn't be that far off, no matter the physique.

    Probably around 10%. You achieve this with good genetics and years of bulking and cutting cycles and hitting the weight room hard with a good hypertrophy program. Keep in mind I said years...not weeks or months.

    For a heavy strength sport athlete, it might be as simple as cutting down to 10% and wearing some eyeliner.
