I bought some of these at the store last week. Haven't had a chance to try because my 2 year old has to have his "beagle" every morning now!!!

I cycle through breakfast "ideas". I did egg beaters in the microwave on a bagel thin with pepper jack. YUM. I also added some red pepper flakes to the egg beaters to give an extra kick. Sometimes when I'm at home I'll add bacon or sausage, but just don't want to deal with the extra step at work.

Now, I'm on a steel cut oatmeal kick. I make 4 servings at a time and then bring fruit/flavorings to add to suit my fancy on a given day (maple syrup, stewed apples, a little bit of preserves...pumpkin).
