Stopped by the gym today just to take a peek at my progress and was stunned at the scale. I just can't believe I've lost 5 lbs!

    WTG! I think it's amazing too. When I first joined and started losing, I couldnt believe it. Like we try so many different things, nothing works, then start on MFP and then just start losing. ITS GREAT! I wish I had known of MFP a long time ago! lol. Congrats again on ur 5lb loss!
