I eat certain things every day which seem to help.

1) sugar free jello
2) peanut butter
3) nuts
4) greek yogurt
5) small bag of chips ( I know it is not the healthiest)
6) string cheese or l oz of cheddar
7)protein bar or shake

I drink skim milk every single day-love it. I'd drink 2 cups of it every meal if I didn't want to save some of those cals for actual food. Once I hit maintenance (a looooong way off, but still thinking!), I'm sure I'll go back to milk with every meal.

    greek yogurt most days
    fruit
    veggies

Otherwise, I like variety in what I eat so a lot changes day-to-day, week-to-week for me.

    Porridge, bread, skimmed milk.

It used to be Snickers but I'm not allowed them any more, since that time when I ate 10 in a day. My ticker will tell you what happened.
