    Porridge, bread, skimmed milk.

It used to be Snickers but I'm not allowed them any more, since that time when I ate 10 in a day. My ticker will tell you what happened.

I don't eat anything EVERY day but carrots, grapes, apples, turkey and tuna are rather repetitive within my week.

    - fruit
    -Greek yogurt
    -cottage cheese
    - protien bar (for the chocolate)

This is me ... plus almonds (or other nuts) ... and minus the protein bar ... I think I'm the only person in the world that doesn't like chocolate or peanut butter ...

Every day for breakfast I have either cheese and crackers or a protein bar. For lunch at work I almost always have a sandwich with vegetables and fruit. For a bedtime snack I always have a candy bar or ice cream or something sugary.

Those staples have never failed me.
