Porridge, bread, skimmed milk.
It used to be Snickers but I'm not allowed them any more, since that time when I ate 10 in a day. My ticker will tell you what happened. :sad:0 -

5.coffee with fat free french vanilla creamer
6.Fiber one cereal with hood milk
7.Oatmeal
8.Sugar free Jello
9.Pickles
10.Air popped popcorn with nutritional yeast
11.Fresh carrot chips dipped in wasabi mixed with soy sauce
12.Tomato juice with a lemon squeezed in it and top it with a little pepper

Every day for breakfast I have either cheese and crackers or a protein bar. For lunch at work I almost always have a sandwich with vegetables and fruit. For a bedtime snack I always have a candy bar or ice cream or something sugary.
