I just started a batch. I plan on having it over Greek yogurt for breakfast tomorrow.
I used apple cider because that's what I had on hand and I weighed my apples (218 grams of sweet tango and 228 grams of honey crisp). I entered in recipe maker on MFP and here is nutritional info per serving.

I use Gala apples most often because they are a bit sweeter - green apples would be great if you drizzled a tiny bit of caramel sauce over the top (like a caramel apple!) but that would considerably up the calories.0 -
Always double check nutrition info. This recipe is 175 calories per serving, not 115.0
