Stuck

Does anyone have any advice on what to do when one stops losing weight? I went from 350-247 but I stopped losing anymore weight. I want to reach my goal weight by the end of the year. Thank you internet people for reading.

    Did you change your eating target consistent with your weight loss? How long has your weight stayed the same?

    Also, 80 more pounds lost by the end of this year seems pretty unlikely (if 168 is your goal weight). Awesome job so far though.

    I was going to suggest the same thing... have you updated your MFP goal at all? If not, try that.
  • Find fun and new activities/workouts/groups/routines/gyms, etc! After seeing if you adjusted your calorie intake appropriately.
