I am beginning this on the 28th of October... so if anyone wants to tag along and keep track with measurements, photo etc that would be great. I also have a facebook group doing it as well:)0

I googled it........
Quick Trouble Zones is the first four circuits of NMTZ but just one time through each circuit. It clocks in at about 24 minutes with the warmup and cooldown.0 -

What do you mean by "Quick Trouble Zones"? Is that a specific workout or do you just modify the long version?0
