meal help

Hello!

So I just recently logged on again as I am ready to do this once and for all! I am really struggling with meal planning though, and being in a 1200-1500 calorie range. I know that may sound really silly, but I am not sure what to eat to only eat that many calories...like what each meal should look like. I know my old eating habits have obviously led me to where I am now, but I am struggling with coming up with 400 calorie meals. Any help/advice/tips would be great :)

    I like to stay around those numbers as well. I get lots of ideas from other's diary's. You could look at mine for ideas if you like!
