    5'10 and looking to lose 15-20 more to be in the 150-155 range. I have been there and felt very comfortable there, size 6/8.

    5'8 1/2 :) My starting weight was 216, now I'm at 197, my ultimate goal weight would be 135, but I'd be very happy with 145, add me if you want :)
  • I am 42 years old I am finding this loosing weight harder than it was when i was 35 lol. I am 5' 7 and was 208 when i started 1 month ago I am now 195. I would like to get down to 142 by spring. I am eating 1300 calories a day per MFP. I got to the gym Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and on Saturdays from 10.am to 11:15 a.m. I generally burn 1000 calories a day just in my cardio... but like I said it seems harder since I've reached my forties. Would love to have some friends for support and motivation and I will give it in return :smile:

    5'9" here. 150 is my ultimate goal weight at the moment. =)

    I honestly cannot remember the last time I was at 150lbs!

    I never would have thought there would be so many girls in the samw boat. Everytime I looked it always seemed like either really short girls or girls our height who got down to 50kgs or something. I have a big frame so I think 70kgs would be about right for me. As I said I've lost 13kgs before and put it back on due to stress eating but am ready to start again so anyone feel free to add me :)

    As for those suggesting I follow mfp recommendations it suggests 1200 but so many people tell me that's too low. I exercise at least 30 minutes a day and was thinking 1500? I lost orignally eating less than 1200 but then totally stopped and people suggested Iwas eating too little?

    I'm a little up in the air about caloric intake. I'm at 1200 and a few days ago started eating exercise calories back.

    I'm on a fast track and really want to get this calorie business under control so that i don't plateau. I've seen posts on here where people have increased calories to lose.. and that confuses me!

    I started at 95kgs im on the same boat we should be friends ive already got to 88kgs want to get to 70kgs thats if your still going :)

    Hi there! I'm 5'9'' as well. I'd love to be 150 pounds, but I'm currently going to try to get to 160 and see how it feels. I'm about 175 now, 180 when I started counting a few months back. I had a really effed up relationship with food and body image when I was younger, so I'm trying to see if I can lose a few pounds without getting obsessive about calorie counting as I used to. I've try to eat around 1600 calories per day
