Today i try a new DVD from Leslie Sansone and half of 45min that i did, I started to feel sleeping, like to go bed and sleep. Why that?
Thank you

I got a lot sleepier, definitely. I think mine had to do with lowering calories more than exercise, but just an overall energy thing, I think. My body wasn't used to change yet
But I also just found out at the docs that I've been anemic, and I have an ulcer (on meds though), so I get to get tests run, etc. Great funSo make sure you are going to your physicals and eating all the nutrients you need!
It's probably normal, but watch it, too, you know? Mention it at your next physical if it doesn't stop, certainly.0 -
I also use the Leslie Sansone DVDs, and I am able to make it through the whole DVD without any problems, but I am sweating a lot by the end. I always get a large glass of water right when I finish.
I get tired only if I sit down for more than 30 minutes after I finish a workout. I will go right to sleep, no matter what is happening around me. During the workout I actually feel an energy building up. It is a very good feeling. The only way I can keep the energetic feeling is to keep moving.0 -

In your case for anemic you can eat things with good iron sources, like:
- spinach;
- rice with beans
- red meat ( but if moderation because you have ulcer, never raw!)
When you eat this food's very good in iron be attention about milk and yogurt and so one! because calcium "fight" with iron . So never eat any milk 2hours before and 2 hours after a good iron food sources!
About you ulcer, becarefull with limon, orange, citric fruits; coffe, tea, wine, sugar.
thank you for your answer0 -

Maybe can be water in my case, don't drink alot and that can put me down during exercise.
I saw that some Leslie Sansone's DVD are more motivated then others!0
