Hula Hoop Routine

Anybody else hula hoop for an exercise? I've been using it for a while and looking for a good routine to use! Any suggestions?

I'm really glad you posted this, as I have an exercise hula hoop sitting in the corner...but alas, no "routines" (was hoping for something on DVD) for it!

I'm using it, but no real routine yet. I love it though. I have used it on and off for a while, but now I have been using it to help warm up before I go to the gym. Spending about 15 minutes with it on average. I could see me working up to 30 on it, but it does get a little boring, although the music does help.
What are currently doing? I think it is a creative way to sneak exercise in on my super busy days.0 -
