Hey all. Doing really good and I thought I'd share.
I'm sure someone will have issues with my methods but they are woking for me so I'm happy.
I started at 335 in June, 1st picture in from April I because after seeing that picture I hated that shirt and I thought I'd theme my pics with it now. I've lost 8 inchs in my waist. 4 at my hips, and 6 uptop. Got a ways to go but I feel like it will be here so soon. :-D
My meals have been for the most part. Shake for breakfast. Meal bar for lunch. And a well portioned meal, whatever the family is eating mpst of the time.
I've been taking a multi vitamin from shaklee. Combined with there Metabolic Booster. Just started these this month. For the most part I really like the energy boost you get from such a health diet.
My excercise has been about 6 hr of walking a week plus 2 sessions each of situps, pushups, and squats.
I drink alot of chai tea for the cinnimon. Cinnimon helps regulate blood sugar and control hunger from what I've read on the net. Works for me.

great job.. huge huge difference. :drinker: . i suggest you start adding weights into your exercise routine also .. arms/chest to tone while you go0
