5'9" here. 150 is my ultimate goal weight at the moment.
I honestly cannot remember the last time I was at 150lbs!0 -
I never would have thought there would be so many girls in the samw boat. Everytime I looked it always seemed like either really short girls or girls our height who got down to 50kgs or something. I have a big frame so I think 70kgs would be about right for me. As I said I've lost 13kgs before and put it back on due to stress eating but am ready to start again so anyone feel free to add me
As for those suggesting I follow mfp recommendations it suggests 1200 but so many people tell me that's too low. I exercise at least 30 minutes a day and was thinking 1500? I lost orignally eating less than 1200 but then totally stopped and people suggested Iwas eating too little?0 -
I am 5' 8'' and I currently weigh 152 pounds . My goal weight is 140 pounds. I will send you a friend request. I started out at 223 so I have lost 71 pounds so far.0

I'm a little up in the air about caloric intake. I'm at 1200 and a few days ago started eating exercise calories back.
I'm on a fast track and really want to get this calorie business under control so that i don't plateau. I've seen posts on here where people have increased calories to lose.. and that confuses me!0 -

Hi there! I'm 5'9'' as well. I'd love to be 150 pounds, but I'm currently going to try to get to 160 and see how it feels. I'm about 175 now, 180 when I started counting a few months back. I had a really effed up relationship with food and body image when I was younger, so I'm trying to see if I can lose a few pounds without getting obsessive about calorie counting as I used to. I've try to eat around 1600 calories per day0

From 16-20 I was 145... then I kinda lost myself. Very much looking forward to getting back down to 150!0 -

Hi everyone!
I'm 5'9'' and my happy place for weight is 150 lbs. Right now I'm 162 lbs. I just started a new workout program called Bikini Body Mama 3 days ago. I decided I'd better get back to counting my calories so all the hard work I'm doing with the workouts won't be in vain. 2 years ago I actually got down to 144 lbs. Hadn't been that weight since I was 19. I was so excited and of course planned to maintain that weight. Slowly started creeping up and up. Would love to get back there, but most of all want to maintain a healthy mindset. Working very hard to combat my all or nothing mentality. Would love some accountability along the way.0 -
Hi! I'm 5'10" start weight was 187.5lbs, currntly weigh 179.5lbs and i want to get down to 145lbs by the 26th July as that's my wedding day, though before that would be brilliant. I'm aiming on 1lb per week but have to be off exercise this week due to exercise; I intake 1350kcal a day and most days I burn just under 5000
