has anyone lost weight doing nike training club (ntc)

I've been doing it on and off since April I've lost weight in April about 10 pounds. But I gained it back because of spring break. I really want to here success stories about Ntc for motivation

    I have been using NTC off and on for over two years.

    I find that doing 15-30 min every single day of the get focused alt with get lean is the best plan for me to stay in shape. It helped me lose 30 lbs, and now is keeping it off...

    I only discovered it this month. I mix it up with fitness blender and I've started running with nike+ once a week. It's not a big workout but I like it a few times a week

    Seriously if you think NTC is not a big workout you aren't putting in much effort! My gym rat buddies (even the body builders, male and female) often laugh at my mentions of NTC until they try to do it with me! Suddenly they have new respect, because they struggle to do an entire 15 min at full blast with me. So like I said if you think NTC is not a challenging workout you are not doing the moves right, or you aren't trying very hard to push yourself.
